位于青島市市南區(qū)信號(hào)山南麓、龍山路26號(hào),建于1903~1907年,為德國(guó)膠澳總督所建官邸,又稱“總督樓”。占地面積8.6萬平方米,建筑面積4083平方米,為4層大型花園式住宅。建筑立面為不對(duì)稱式,大蘑菇石砌墻體,多變化屋面設(shè)計(jì),極具德國(guó)中世紀(jì)田園風(fēng)格。室內(nèi)裝潢陳設(shè)華麗,裝飾精美,至今還保存有三角鋼琴、落地鐘、槍櫥、紫檀木床等德國(guó)家具。1934年,改稱迎賓館。1992年,被列為省級(jí)文物保護(hù)單位。1996年列為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位。1999年,正式對(duì)外開放。
Located at No. 26, Longjiang Road, the south foot of Signal Hill, Shinan District, Qingdao, the Site was the official residence for German Jiao’ao Governor, also called as “Governor’s Building”. It covers a land area of 86,000 m2, with a floorage of 4,083 m2. The Site is a four-storey large residence of garden style, with the asymmetrical fa?ade, the large demoiselles walls, and the multivariant roofing design, featuring the German medieval rurality. The interior decorations are deluxe and delicate, with German furnishings such as the grand piano, the grandfather clock, the rifle cabinet and the redwood beds reserved so far. It was renamed as Guest House in 1934, listed into provincial-level protected units of cultural relics in 1992 and into key national ones in 1996 and formally opened in 1999.
